This was hysterical. My favorite: “I’m going to start taking a shot of vodka every time he mentions anything sexual”. FINALLY someone else feels my pain of Nigel and his too-oft sexual comments! Grody. Also, he seriously needs to tone down the self-praise. We get it, your show is great and you’re helping to cure cancer, move on.
Regarding Will & Amelia – omg her baby picture was SO frickin cute. If someone did not “aw” over that, you have a heart of stone. Their costumes were crazy good too though the dance was underwhelming. Mandy Moore is a real hit or miss for me.
Audrey actually reminds me of a young, brunette Stevie Nicks. She’s adorable.
Seeing Pasha makes my lady parts happy.

Regarding the comment above “I used to discover good treadmill tunes on this show” – Me too! I don’t mind cheeseball songs but I want some of the edgy new stuff too. I remember getting SO hooked on In The Morning by Junior Boys from this show.
There’s something about Darien I really like so I hope he can get it together with his partner (or a new one) soon. I also somewhat like Cole but tone down the overacting dude. For the girls, I don’t really have a favorite. Maybe Audrey. I liked Amelia during auditions but something is lacking now. Eliana has a real Jennifer Beale thing going on.
I really hate the one show format this season. The voting seems unfair after watching someone give a killer performance.
And while I feel like this is the strongest technical cast overall they’ve had in several seasons, none of the dances are wowing me yet.
That version of Wild Horses was great but nothing will ever top The Sundays version for me – the Buffy/Angel shipper in me is too connected to it. http://youtu.be/SpXmIYqdXb4

I can’t believe they kept Lindsay over Amber. Both had rather breakthrough nights but as you said, if they ditched Lindsay they’d still have Witney. And what is with the uber cheeseball songs? I used to discover good treadmill tunes on this show but now it’s Total Eclipse of the Heart, Unchained Melody and I Will Always Love You.

Picks for the bottom three: Tiffany & George, Dareian & Janelle and then maybe Amelia & Will with Dareian & Janelle going… they’re fine but not connecting with each other or the audience. But then again if Dareian does another solo like that he might save himself again!

Who will win? Eliana has a Jeanine vibe… and just like that former winner, once she’s not with her quirky hip-hop partner I think she will do really well. I think it’s true the men’s spot is probably Matthew’s to lose… but as a random guess I’ll add that I think Cole could potentially give him a run for his money. Honestly this group is already getting down to fairly well matched! I’m anxious for the all-star rounds to start, THEN we’ll see what’s going to happen.
